BBQ Sauce with Pork Wrap


I was really scared to try this. Some negative reviews on the nutrisystem board, but it was really good. I sauteed some bell peppers and onions, mixed in the bbq pork wrap, put it in a tortilla with a dab of ff sour cream. It was pretty good. The only problem I had with this is that it fell apart! Next time, I want to try to make it like an open face pizza. A lot of people on the nutrisystem boards recommend this!

I find there is too much BBQ Pork & Sauce for the wrap, so I "Pam" fry the tortilla until crispy on both sides, then add the warmed up pork, green or white onions, FF cheese, and a little dab of salsa & sour cream & you've got yourself one tasty tostada! You can just pick it up and eat! YUMMY!(Sometimes I drain the pork if it's too juicy and use the juice for something else. Thumbs up on this one!
